With coach comments you and the other coaches can organize your team efficiently. Any certificates can be uploaded to the comments.
Private notes can help you with training the individual players. These private notes are only visible to you.
How to use coach comemnts and private notes
With SportMember, you can write coach comments and private notes.
- Go to Members.
- Click on the person you want to write a coach comment/ private notes.
- Click on at the right corner of your screen.
You can then choose between a coach comment and a note.
Coach Note
A coach note can be anything about the player's strength, certain certificates they have, or any information relevant to the coach.
TIPP: It is important to note that the visibility of the comment can be adjusted.
Apart from the title and the note itself, it is also possible to upload a file to the note.
Private Note
A private note is only visible to you.
You can write down anything you need to remember about the player. After you have done so, you can see your notes in the player's profile.

- Find Notes in the Profile
- Click on in the top left right of the Notes section.
Now you can choose between a coach note or a private note.
